I, Tim Jenema, am the owner and manager of Jenema Builders LLC. I earned my degree in Construction Technology from Ferris State University in 1993 and began work in the field immediately, which means I have almost 30 years of experience in the trade. That experience has given me a wealth of knowledge which, in the field, translates into an active problem solver and skilled contractor.
I am a Northern Michigan native, and I love taking advantage of all the area has to offer. I’m an avid biker (both mountain and road) and skier and I enjoy spending time on our beautiful lakes and trails with my wife, Amy, our two kids Jorja and Riley, and our dog Andy.
Our project manager and team of builders are integral to the satisfaction of you, our client, as well as to the success of Jenema Builders LLC. Our team takes pride knowing they are creating something special for our clients and that pride results in quality, detail-oriented work from start to finish.
Our office is run by our office assistant. Her job is to make sure the business side of things run smoothly so your project runs smoothly.
